I bought a mobile from Yu televentures on June 2, 2015. the battery of the phone stooped working and phone was switching off often so i made a complain regarding the replacement of the device according to the company policy and they generated a waybill no. 343511183792 through "delhivery". the waybill no. was generated of dec 1, 2015 but the mobile is not dispatched till now as i unable to use mobile anymore. they are promising the people that they will deliver accessories withing 12 days but as i went to they forum, i found that there are so many complaints about it. These company people are cheating innocence customer by false promises. customers are facing so many issues.
