Complaint Details
1.misguided the laptop fault from the start
2.Main part of laptop(motherboard and keyboard) found faulty(defective laptop sold).
3.for in warranty laptop leneovo doesnt have a spare part to be replaced and leneovo is also not giving proper response.
4.this laptop is in name of Samrat Industries, and company is bearing a production loss due to unavailability of laptop.
5.if lenovo isnt able to provide necessary spare parts in time fpr in warranty laptop, then they should give me a replacement laptop so company work can be started.
6.In my correspondence mails lenovo executives are using regret and sorry words instead of good service.
