Complaint Details
I had ordered a refurbished mobile from ebay.in on 7th of November and received the delivery on 10th november. The mobile condition was very bad and had many scratches and the IMEI no. was rubbed out and on 11th of november I had registered a claim against this product. I have done all the needful asked by the Ebay. After a long wait time I was asked to reship the item back to the seller on 29th November.Therefore I reshipped the Item back to the seller on 30th of november and even the seller has confirmed that he has received the product in his inventory too. But till date I have not received any resolution neither the refund has been initiated from the Ebay. Order details are as follows:
