I purchased shoes worth rupees 1000/- from online shopping on 24 Oct 2015 and paid money via payumoney with a trust on 100% buyer's protection policy of them but I got disappointed when I got wrong pair of shoes which I have not chosen while ordering.

I logged a dispute case with payumoney on 5th Nov 2015 and continuously following up with them but they are not resolving my issue since more than 35 days.

Please help me and guide me how to get my money back.
