Complaint Details
I had placed an order with shopclues order id 69406449 on 27-9-15, i received a wrong product and shopclues arranged for reverse pick up, confirmed receipt of the product and intimated refund is being processed. Again the same product was redispatched with new order id 74731812 whereas was not delivered and returned back to the merchant. Not able to get a refund from shopclues till date nor the product Asus Zenfone ZE550KL. The customer care is sending emails every 4 days asking for additional 4 days to revert on my complaint and is being repeated almost for a month now, I am not able to get back my money i paid for order since 3 months, please help.
