Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Unknowingly, I have paid two times premium amount against my SBI life policies. After knowing this, I have lounge my complained to SBI life services to return one of my premium amount on earliest basis. From last one and half month I am continuously making contact with them and requesting to return one of the premium amount (Rs: 25000/-), but no response from SBI Life side till today.
Through this letter I request you to consider my request at your side and take necessary action. I am also thinking to make police complain against SBI life, most probably I will take this action within two or three days.
Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
