I have purchased your Duster RXZ 110 PC BEARING registration No. DL 8C AM 4200 from Divine Autotech Pvt. Ltd., Najafgarh Road, Moti Nagar Delhi on 30/09/2015.

After running 3500 Kms, my car’ breakdown at Jankpuri –Uttam Nagar Road due to gear shifting problem and your company on road assistance shifted the car to your Moti Nagar Workshop on 10/12/2015.

Today morning I have received a Call from their service engineer that the cluch plate has damaged and told me to pay around rupees 75000/- as the charges for the same. And the reason for the damage as my driving quality.
