Complaint Details
The LG service centre is unable to provide a replacement battery for my phone LG nexus 4 for over a month now. Repeated calls and visits to the service centre have been futile. The only reply is that the battery is not available and is expected to arrive in stock soon. Due to this delay and my nature of work as an oncosurgeon at Tata Hospital I was forced to purchase a new phone to replace a phone that is only 2 years old and that could not be serviced properly by LG service centre.
