They claim that the products on their website are 100% genuine and new but I have received couple of products which were already used or defective. When I reported the issue to them they started harassing me by asking for pictures again and again of the defective product and I had to face a hard time even spending money and wasting time. One more example is with my last order placed on 7Dec15 for a jacket. Again they delivered me defective product without stitching on pocket and I raised the exchange request same day and received the confirmation message same time that it will be exchanged. Today their courier boy came and denied to take it back by saying that an approval will be needed then only he will accept it. I told him that I have received a confirmation already and I reported the issue same day when I received it and you guys claim on your site that customer is saved under 30 days satisfaction guarantee. He didn't accept that and returned. I called their customer support they asked me to send pictures first!! You can imagine the frustration caused due to this as they promise hassle free return and exchange in 30 days. I reported this issue on their Twitter handler and guess what they blocked me from their Twitter page. I paid them money for a new product and they sent a defective or used product. My hardly earned money and time was wasted and if I am reporting it to them they blocked me!!! Is this a fair business practices by harassing customer after fooling him? I called their customer support again and requested to speak with their manager and after being on hold for a long time a lady said that we are aware of this issue and will try to fix it. I asked them why your team blocked me on reporting the defective product issue then she said we blocked you because we were arranging a call back so that we can speak over the phone. Come on guys, does this response make any sense? They are just a bunch of losers who are running from their advertised responsibilities after fooling me by sending garbage instead of what I paid for. My time was wasted and money is blocked. In my previous orders also they sent me used shoes and other defective products that were again very hard to get replaced. I would appreciate if you could help me in resolving this issue and stop these kind of fraud companies who are fooling around people online and harassing them like they are doing to me.
