Aqua Sure Water Purifier Ivory Model bought on 16 May 2010 from Vijay Sales, Thane. Machine is Not Working from February 2011. Inspite of a number of Follow ups at customer care, no service is received yet. Request no. is 0061377167 dated 02 March 2011. I am surviving on Bisleri Water for weeks/months inspite of buying a Water Purifier. I request you to get the water purifier repaired or replaced. The machine is still in Warranty period. I am available for any cooperation needed from my end to get the problem resolved.
