Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered an item (order-id - OD404537405481664000)from Flipkart and while placing the order I selected that same has to be delivered to my address. Same was confirmed and promised by them.
But the same is not delivered by the expected time then I initiated contact with their customer support and they told me come to one nearby pick-up center and asked me to pick the order. I told them I have clearly selected the delivery at the address then why should I go and pick it up. They told me they had some issues with their courier partner and asked me to reorder the product and they are cancelling this one and this time item will be delivered at my address.
I reordered the same item (order-id - OD104631900833638000) and same thing happened and they asked me to pick up the order instead of delivering to my address.
My concern is when every time they confirmed that the order will be delivered to my address then why every time they are asking me to pick it up from their pick-up center, And every time I agreed to pay extra delivery charges imposed by them.
Also while placing the order I didn't select any option to pick it up and I very carefully selected that the item should be delivered to my address.
This kind of service from Flipkart has not only ruined my device for which item was supposed to be used but also caused considerable damage to my health including blood pressure, heart rate and mental peace and cause mental agony to a considerable extent.
At the same time my lot of time and money was wasted in communicating with them.
Request you to please look into the same.
