Complaint Details
After completing all formalities i.e boarding pass, security checking and also luggage pass out with tag, we the Six senior citizen passenger from CCU-IXZ F.No. 9W-7105 time 5.25 dt 27/11/2015 regretted from respective gate and authority reported that the flight departed from Airport. We found no co-operation from Air port authority and also Airways Company. The boarding pass is attached herewith. This is nothing but complete harassment and cheating. An early action will be highly appreciated.
