Hello, I am getting the terrible experience from the last 4 months or so. I have requested to terminate my reliance broadband connection prior 4 months back and after being repetitive follow up, my connection is not yet being terminated. I raised many high priority tickets by contacting their customer care but all efforts are in vain. I am still getting the bill from reliance for the services which I have stopped to use after I logged the termination request. Even I am having the mails from the Reliance saying that your request will get processed within seven days but that never happened till now. With this consumer complaint portal I would like to tell Reliance that no customer will tolerate this kind of work and will take further actions against you.
