In spite of several communications with clear instructions to discharge the above Policy by the due date (9 Dec 2015), hdfclife have not credited the money to the designated account as on today.
The original policy together with the relevant forms duly filled in were delivered at the local branch and a copy was sent to hdfclife through email. The instructions were very clear asking hdfclife to close the policy on the date of maturity and credit the proceeds to my designated account. It is quite disgusting to note that subject is still hanging with hdfclife even after the expiry date and there has been no response to my email communications. The money was invested with hdfclife with certain intentions and I need money urgently due to the commitments. It is unethical on the part of hdfclife to hold on to the funds beyond the maturity date.
I have already notified hdfclife if they do not credit the money by 12 Dec, I will lodge a complaint with the Consumer authorities, hence this complaint. Much appreciate your intervention.
