Hi Team,

I am using a Aquafresh RO which was installed 3 months back. 2 weeks before I registered a complaint for UV problem and after lots of follow up they sent technician after 4 days. He did fix the UV issue but without any reason changed setting of TDS controller due to that since that time RO is not purifying water at all. I re registered a complaint on 12th Dec and since then I have been calling them atleast 5-6 times a day to get this issue fixed but each time they gave me false commitment that they hv sent the technician he will come today but he never came. I spoke to their office head also on 13th Dec evening and he promised that he will surely send technician on 14th Dec morning but he also didn't pick the phone whole day and dint send any technician either
From last 4 days I am forced to purchase high cost Purifying water to meet the daily needs.

This is ridiculous support for an ISO 9001-2008 Certified Company.

I request you to please help me against their ill support.
