Complaint Details
We contacted nextra after going through an advt. We contacted nextra customer care no 9212599911. They gave us a number for obtaining connection contact no 08130990695,9599384545. My customer ID- EA 044155
We contacted above numbers provided by nextra customer service centre after that we assured that it will be taken care off.
It was 10th december immediately a person came to u and took 2175 rs. Then went off giving us a slip
After that we did not hear from that person who assured that they will complete the connection by 11th dec. The we contacted to chk what is going on and the person informed that their guy who setup the connection jas went home hence could not be done today. Next day 13th december we called them again they informed that connection would be setup within an hour but whole day passby noboday turned in finally i called around 3 o clock same day they said they will setup within some time finally 2 people came and set it up. Now this was not the end of pain atfer completing the setup they said it will be activated within 1 hour but its now 15th of december still nobody activated the connection. We went to the local office which is in sarita vihar and the people we met there were started sgouting on us and denied for help and gave a reason that the router is faulty and gave us another router which we connected on 14th and this is 15th of december still no connectivity, when i contacted customer care they said the password is there gave it to us but said the connection is not activated and they will take 7 days which is ridiculous when i asked the reason they disconnected my call. In the meantime we have made several calls to nextra customer care who are disconnecting our calls rather then helping us. We have made a payment of 4175 rs but now nobody is concerned my request to thw honorable court is please compensate me for the frustation and the mental stress i ot because of this. It will be a lession to such companies.
