i service my vehicle on 2-Nov-15. But my vehicle engine got damaged on 12 Nov itself. when i asked them, the problem found that the air filter was not there in the vehicle. when i asked why its not there, they replied it may fall down.But it is not easy to fall. when i asked deeply, they told that it was tied by a plastic tag. it was fitted properly. previously they accepted to bare all the charges by themselves. now they are saying that they will not bare.i have all the recording proof accepted by them. Now i am fighting with them
