I had purchased Yureka mobile set from the above said company on 22nd January 2015. The above mentioned set stopped working on 28th November. The consumer care office of the said company asked me to request change of mobile set and gave me a timeline of total 12 days for the replacement. its been 14 days since then and in this period the company has just generated a way bill no . No replacement set has yet been dispatched from the company so far. Every time I ask for the reason I am told that there is a technical glitch and please wait for 2 more days. But no solution is in sight so far.
