I have been cheated by this service provider in the following way

1. When i was taken this plan for the amount of Rs 515/- but yesterday when i was check with their webportal with my client ID its shows Rs 538/- i dont know when its got changed.. Without prior notification they simply chaned my plan..

2. Last month i have recharged for the amount of 515 + 39 (Rs 39 for the extra channel) for the next one month that is for 30 or 31 days.. But yesterday the service has been blocked due to insufficient balance.

Yesterday i called to the concern department people to clarify my issues but simply they said u dont have sufficient balance to continue our service then i asked my due date is yet come then why did you stopped the serice for that they simply reply this month we charged Rs 15/- for the maintanance fee thats why your balance got low so you have to recharge your account to continue our service not only that i asked about my monthy plan how its got changed from Rs 515 to Rs 538 for that simply they said no you started with this pakcage only.. So we can not do anything for that..

Unfortunatly i am out of country.. So please take some action against them boz i dont know for long i had been cheated by that organization..
