I bought a MTS DATA CARD on 24th march 2015 from a MTS sales person named Ganesh by seeing his advt in wats app. I paid 1300/ for the dongle and he told I will receive a E- BILL from MTS but idid not receive any bill nor was it activated till APRIL 7th.then when I told I will go legally if the bill was not produced then MTS gave me bill for RS 1000/ ONLY. The service provided was very bad and no proper response from the customer care. My plan was 7GB data plan post paid. I received E- BILL every month by 5th of that month. By the end of every month I receive sms in my registered mobile that I have crossed my maximum usage limits so your usage is restricted till payment. In 5th august I received my E-bill and made payment on 10th of August but even after making payment to the bill they did not resume my service. When I called customer care there was no proper response I asked them to discontinue my sevice. Inspite of this I received E-BILL FOR AUGUST & SEPETEMBER which I have not used. On 21st sepetember MTS sent me a mail that I have not used there service in the RECENT PAST. Then on when I ignored there mails they started making calls to make payments for which I asked the data usage for which they told they will mail my data usage. But till date I have not received any mail regarding data usage. Now they have started harassing me saying they will take legal actions against me and book me in ARTICLE468 OF IPC through phone.
