This is with the Ref. No. 8432839179. I would like to inform you that your worst Samsung refrigerator I had purchased (biggest mistake) in 2011 and with in 1 year of warranty your service center team refilled the Gas twice in a year.

After 14 months again cooking issue raised and thus time I have to pay Rs 1250 for Gas refilling.

And within 2 year again I have to pay 850 rupees after follow up with your team 011204011900 and with your Area manager Agra.

Again Gas reffling done in 2013 and Fridge relay was replaced.

Now again I was facing the cooling problem as always. now this time in 18/09/2015 my compressor was replaced which is in warranty and your service team owner Mr. ANIL charged me around 1700 rupees for unnecessary charged and for this I had written email to you but your reply is worst as your products.

Now within 15 days again the cooling problem arised again and I logged ticket no.'s 8478492397 and 4205540433 which was auto closed by your service team and Your customer care team.

Again after escalating this case to your next level and after talking to Mr. Navneet and Naveen my fridge was shipped to your service center after 12 days directly without inspection by your service engineer. Now again they demanding service charged.

I am informing you that I have already spend around Rs. 6000-7500 in your WORST PRODUCT and now this time I will not spend any Pent on this. This is a frequently SAME @ issue happens in this refrigerator.

I don't care whether your product was faculty Or your SERVICE Center engineer make it faculty because they hired 23-28 age guys and they don't have complete product knowledge. And I informed the same on your recorded customers care toll free numbers.

SO, Kindly refund my amount what we have spend on this refrigerator plus the market valve of the product Or replace my product. Because I am not accepting this faulty refrigerator.
