Complaint Details
Hi Team,

From my SBI card number 4726xxxxxxxx5834 there was a fraudulent transaction done towards VODAFONE-BILL DESK MUMBAI IN for an amount of Rs 4904 on 16/12/2015 and the amount has not yet been claimed so far.

The transaction reference number is 535011045296 and the debit number is 045072.

Please help me to stop this transaction.

I have also logged a complaint in the local police station ( Mahadevapura Police station) after I spoke to Vodafone executive near Graphite India Bus stop, Bangalore.

Please find attached the FIR acknowledgement receipt. I have also attached the complaint which I have posted in National Consumer Complaint Forum.

I have lost my card and cell phone due to which the transaction was carried out successfully.

Note: If this problem is not resolved I am planning to file a legal case against SBI because I have received pathetic customer service. All private banks take customer's request and investigate on fraudulent transactions and help to either block it or get the refund, but I was shocked to hear from SBI executive that they cannot block the transaction and neither they can investigate.

The fraudulent transaction which was done through my credit card. I am disputing this charge with the bank, but was advised by bill desk team to take this up with Cyber crime cell.

If you do check my records I stay in bangalore and when I checked the IP address for the transaction provided by the bill desk team, i was shocked to find that it does belong to a place named Suri, west bengal. You can do a rough check on family background to find out that I dont know anyone from that place. This clearly shows that this transaction is fraudulent and if this is not sorted out I am going to press to broadcast this news with all evidence.

Note: Please find all the attachment supporting the claim for fraudulent transaction.

Regards,
Binit Paul
