Hi , Ihave placed 2 orders on shopclues.com due to error from shopclues side with order id's 1) 77932636 & 2) 77932148 Actually i made online payment on 12th December, 2015 to purchase Best Quality Replacement Battery for iBall iBL-K09 1500 mah and i received a text message from my bank stating payment got successfull and amount got debited, however i received a text message from shopclues.com stating payment got failed at the gateway. So i placed the same order again and i again made online payment which got successfull and a i received a text message from shopclues.com stating order placed successfully and also bank also debted amount again. On monday 14th December, 2015 i received a text message from shopclues.com stating your payment which failed was successfull and order placed successfully. On 18th December i received Two orders in the same parcle and i contacted shopclues customer care to returmn back extra order. However shopclues is not taking the order return , due to error on their website i made payment twice and plced the order twice now they are not cancelling the extra order. Please look into the matter and do the needfull. I haven't opened the seal of extra order also. Below mentioned are my details.
