Complaint Details
Dear Sir
I am Bhavesh Chadasania from Navsari, Gujarat.
On the date of 26/09/2015 sterling was informed me by call for attend seminar at Hyundai motors, Navsari so I went there at evening for attending seminar. Actually I was looking for honeymoon package for Kerala in December-15. When I reached there, Mr. Sagar Bhanderi was consult person from sterling team and he had given me the brief details of the package. Here are the main points:
7N/8D per year in all over the world( Any time in a year)
Upto 70% off in air tickets and NO any discounts in Railway and bus tickets
After 7N we will get 90% off in hotel staying for 21days in a year
Rs. 5093 EMI for 48 months
Total package is Rs. 1,97,000 and down payment is 24,770
No any additional extra charges
Package is up to 25years
Mr. sagar has given me the package for kerala in only one condition is that I have to get sterling membership and I was impressed in this package and I have decided to take sterling membership. At that time Mr. Dipak Khandare was there and He debited the amount of 20,000 from my credit card and I have told them that remaining amount of down payment I will credited to you within 5 days. At that time I have given my personal information (Name, contact no, my wife's name, Permanent address, Email ID) and I have given a photo copy of my driving licence as proof an I left the place with happy feeling.
After that I have debited Rs.770 to Mr. Sagar's bank account(52207894463) on 01/10/15 and debited remaining amount of Rs.4000 on 03/10/15 in same account.
Then, Sterling team was came at KING hotel in Navsari on 11/10/2015 for seminar and we meet Mr. Sagar at King hotel restaurant and we had discussed about the Kerala trip on following points:
We are total 4 adults and fixed date 24/12/215 to 01/01/016 for Kerala trip including Munnar, Thekkadi, Cochin and Allepy with boat house
Schedule: 24/12- Fort cochin, 25/12 to 27/12-Munnar, 28/12 to 29/12- Thekkady (Abad green forest). 30/12 to 31/12- cochin and 01/01- Depature
Innova will pick up from navsari and droped at Mumbai airport and from Mumbai to cochin by air and at return Cochin to Mumbai by air and Innova will droop us at Navsari
All breakfast was included in all resorts
There will be NO charges for stay in all resort
They will arranged Innova car for travelling in Kerala with driver having name is Anthony.
Total cost of full trip is RS.28000 including Air tickets
Above all points we have discussed there and he send me the same schedule in whatsapp also. After all discussion we have given Rs. 28000 by CASH.
After two days Mr. sagar called me and said Due to pick session we are getting difficulty to plan your schedule for Kerala in this budget and You have to give more Rs. 7000 for the trip. and I have debited Rs. 7000 to Sagar's bank account on 26/10/2015 by mobile banking. I have all the details which I have transaction done in sterling account and sagar's account.
After this conversation I have Called him thousands time but he was making me fool. I have all the call recording
On 07/11/2015 First EMI was cut from my credit card without any Information and permission . I have already said to sagar, I will pay my EMI through cheque when I have paid down payment. I have consult with him for this issue and He told me company will refund you this amount but still now I didn't get any solution.
Also I have asked for membership ID to him but He was making me fool every time. I have also told to him You just give me the photo copy of ID and send me in whats up but still now I don't have membership ID. Every time he was telling me I will send you hard copy to your home But still now I am waiting. Still now I don't have Membership ID and EMI solution.
Due to this all conversation I was not believing in Sagar so I have decided to consult with Mr. Dipak Khandare. And I have got his contact no. from Manager of King Hotel, Navsari. I have called to Dipak on 30/11/2015 And he told me you send me your all details and I have send him all details by SMS. Next morning I have called him but still now He is not receiving my call NO ANY REPLAY OF CALLS AND SMS and it was my last conversation with Dipak.
From day one sagar is fooling me still now and I have all call recordings whatsapp chats and SMS
After frustration I have decided to go sterling office at Luxziria business hub, Surat and we meet Mr. Pratik Pawar and told them all the problems which I have faced from sterling and Mr. sagar .
After conversation, Mr. pratik has checked my details and I was shocked In membership Id my name and my contact no. was different. only my Email ID and address was correct. I was thinking My Kerala trip is organized by Sterling but sagar was cheated with me.
IT is my life's worst experience which I have faced from you...
STILL NOW I HAD SPENT TOTAL RS.64863 BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

I am looking for your support and I want solution as soon as possible. I have all the conversation details between Sagar and Dipak.
I have sent email to feedback@sterlingholidays.com also but didn't get the any replay.
I am waiting for your reply.
