dear-sir/madam,
bharat vikas pariyojana it is an NGO,it publish a news in dainik bhaskar about district development officer ,i send my application ,they offered me the call letter and demanded 4650 rs as training cost,through demand draft i have paid the amount,but neither they give me joining nor return my money,they cheated me.please help me ..
