I have purchased a Dell Inspirion All-In-One 5348 Model from Dell India (via CompuIndia.com) on 6th July' 2015.
The All In One Desktop started showing issues in LED Display Screen in November. A Black Patch started appearing on the Display Unit.
A Service Request Complain(#921120588)was registered with Dell on 4th Dec' 2015.
A Technician visited my premises on 12th and found that the wrong display unit has been sent by Dell. He further damaged my system by breaking the back cover and start up fan. Another Technician arrived on 18th Dec with the same wrong part and further damaged the system by opening it and now the entire unit is not working.
A guy from their Senior Support Resolver (Sainky Binjola) is threatning me over the phone that he will close the case if not the wrong part is accepted. Dell India is cheating its consumers by sending faulty parts for newly purchased computers and further their technicians are horrible in terms of repairing computers.
I have created a Consumer Compaint (Docket# 3993715427915) and have asked Dell to make me reach their highest point of escalation (to which I was told that this Senior Support Resolver is the highest point).
My demand is for a complete replacement of the All In One 5348 Desktop from Dell.
There has been no response from Dell in this regard till date.
