Complaint Details
I have booked the Zee Cabs online at 09:00AM for 11:30AM for Airport on 07/12/15 on their call centre number 040-42424242. The booking was confirmed and I recevied the Cab and Driver details around 10:50 but the cab did not show up until the specified booking time of 11:30AM I called the company and they informed he is stuck in traffic and will be there in 5 mins. I called the driver and he said he received my details only at 11:00 AM. My flight's departure was at 14:05 and I have to report to check in counter before 13:00 Hrs. The cab finally arrived at 11:50 AM and I called the Zee Cabs call centre and they said he will drop you to airport in 30mins. which is really impossible as my house is 40KMS. away from Hyderabad Airport. The driver drove the car like an aeroplane, very unsafe driving, very fast and finally I reached airport at 12:58PM and I was the last passenger to check in if I would have been delayed more 5 mins I wouldn't have been able to board the international flight and it would have cost me around 40K.

All this happen because of the unresponsble nature of zee cabs. I recommend people not to go with Zee Cabs. As I have faced this problem twice with the same taxi services.
