Hi Team,
I find very confident first to place my complaint here at CCRC. Hoping for great response.

I had bought LG NEXUS 5 16GB Samrt Phone around on March 27 2014. It was working fine. But on Dec 10th 2015 I faced an Auto Restart Issue. I had not harmed my handset in any way. I was handling it very safe and good as its costly. But suddenly I faced this Issue very weirdly.
I visited the LG Authorized Service Center and told about the issue.
Firstly conversation went stating its a common issue as many users facing with same Nexus 5. I asked the Cause for it, instantly they said it was the issue with software update by Google Android. Then its the point that is not the cause from Users side. Next I asked my device to fix. Service Person said need to change on Power on PCB which costs around Rupees 3200/-. I asked why so much they said it spare on motherboard so, I demanded its too much. They said its good that 3200/- for many users its Motherboard which costs 9000/- Rupees. I said okay and paid 3200/- . But once fix is done Mobile Auto Restart issue was fine but, WIFI and Bluetooth was not functioning. Next day again they said sorry it needs motherboard to be changed. I was help less and charged and asked to lessen the price on motherboard, They said its minus 3200/- What I paid earlier. I said Okay. And Demanded an explanation, Its caused by the issue from uPdate from Google Android or its Durability issue from LG manufacture why I should bear the cost.

Now My fight is for many users are facing same problem and suffering the paying for what they were not reason for.

Its Either Google / LG should bear the Cost and resolve the defect.

I am not sure the price of motherboard I tried contacting LG Service Center they are just redirecting. I checked with Google for the Above issue mentioning in Nexus Help Forum but they are directly blaming LG and its Service is causing this issue. I have all the queries and chats form Google Nexus Forum.

Now Please team, I need seriously lost my savings and all form this issue. Where I was not responsible for losing the money for What I was not responsible . Please get ME justice on it. And all the peoples facing similar issue.
