Hi Team,

My Name is Kousik Mahato. I am using a MTSdata card#8453986856. I call to the customer care guys & ask them to disconnect it in the month of August.. They didn't do it & still charges me for every month bill.. Again in the month of september i have paid the amount for that month & ask them strictly to disconnect it..Instead of doing the same they keep on charging me.. Now they are harassing me & giving me threatening that they will send a legal notice if i don't clear amount rs 1097. I need proper justification of the same
