Sub: Complaint in respect of Car No.DL-1C Q8757
Sir,
I submit my complained as given below:
1. That I purchased a car from your showroom Nariana, from Audi Delhi West, in March 2014, in the name of All India Early Childhood Care & Education (AIECCE).
2. That registration no. AUDI Q7 was issued against the said car & till then the car was not delivered.
3. That when I went to take the delivery, I was told that the same registration was issued to Delhi Police. I was shocked very much. This caused me much harassment.
4. That new registration No. DL IC Q 8757 was given to me at the time of delivery. But to my surprise, that the car was registered after a week time period. It was another harassment of mine.
5. That during its service period, the car was having the defect of left side pulling along with other electronic faults.
6. That on 13th Dec, 2015, I lodged complaint for the above mentioned defects as in point no.5 and gave the car for service.
7. That on 18th Dec, 2015, I received a call that your car is ok for delivery. It was a very long period of six days that can never be expected.
8. That when I went to take the car, the fault of left side pulling was not rectified ever. But I found a long crack in the windshield glass which was not there when the car was given for service & neither was it mentioned in the Job Card.
Such a behavior is very unbecoming, harassing and humiliating from such an esteemed company. You are request to look into the matter personally and deal with accordingly.
