I, Manoj Kumar Singh, S/o Sh. Ram Lochan Singh, R/o C-150, Albert Square, DIZ Area, Gole Market, New Delhi would like to submit the following for your kind attention for redressal.

On 16.12.2015 at around 8.20 pm, I purchased 3 (three) small bottles of homeopath medicines i.e. 1) Acid Sulph 2) Abies Nigra and 3) Kali Bich from Sarin Clinics, Gole Market, New Delhi – 110001 for which I paid Rs. 300 to the shopkeeper (Dr. Anju’s Son). As I was in a hurry to reach my home, I could not collect the itemized bill/receipt of the medicines. After reaching home when I opened one of the three medicines small bottle I.e. ‘Kali Bich Medicine’, I found that empty. There was no medicine (liquid) in that bottle. Immediately, I came back to the above named clinis-cum-shop, which was closed but Dr. Anju, her son and staffs of the clinic was about to start their vehicle. I informed them about this empty bottle of medicine supplied to me. But none of them were ready to hear my complaint and they went off.
Next day on 17.12.2015, again I approached them to resolve the issue but they didn’t. Finding no other options, I called PCR at around 5.50 PM. The police personnel of Mandir Marg PS, ASI Tulsi Ram came to attend the PCR call. I briefed him about the above matter and requested him to lodge my complaint. He told me, ‘I can’t write such type of complaints and if you are still insisting you can give me in writing’. Then I submitted my written complaints to Mr. Tulsiram, ASI.

Before leaving Sarin Clinics, in presence of Mr. Tulsiram, ASI, Mandir Marg, I ask Dr Anju and her son to give me the receipt/bill of the medicines, but they refused.

Sir, this is a serious crime of Cheating/Fraud/Tax evasion (by not providing the receipt/bill of medicines) being faced by the customers in all over India and it is time to wake up for the sake of public as well as in the interest of government revenue.

I shall be grateful, if you could kindly look into the matter and direct the concern authority to lodge an FIR to conduct a thorough investigation and take stern action against the guilty according to law.
