Complaint Details
While I bought a new phone this company approached me for insurance of teh gadget and took a fee for the same. They promised to deliver it within a week. Its almost 1 year and I still havent received my gadget. The call centre representatives fail to give a proper answer. On visiting the office premises I was told the have lost my gadget. No refund after a year also. I have all teh relevant documents to prove my case. It includs purchase receipts with dates and amount paid.
