Dear Sir,

On 28-Oct-2015, I had purchased the item "solar-water-heater-200-litre" using urjakart.com portal (order#200009954). I have made full payment of Rs 23750/-. It was supposed to be shipped within 14 working days. However it is more than 50 days and the item is not shipped yet. I have contacted the support team several times who are saying same answer "it will be dispatched tomorrow".

I feel I have been cheated by frauds.

I have attached the order invoice, email communication for your reference.

Please kindly look into this matter.
