Complaint Details
On 15th dec 2015 a man named Naseer came to our door claiming that he is from aquaguard company and is come for maintainence of the product.He also had a valid id card.He said he has to get the parts of the filter and for that we have to pay INR 1700.He said he will deposit the cash and come back with the parts.After we gave him cash he gave us a receipt.The next day we called on the helpline numbers but nobodys answering.
