I had purchased Motorola mobile device in 2014. in a warranty period it comes with screen defect so i submitted it to the service centre for replacement of the screen and i got one after time of 20 days. later on i found that the speaker of the device was not working properly so i again submitted it to the service centre and got it back after a week but problem was not solved so i decide to submit it again and for that time they changed the motherboard of the device and i got my device back after a month. after using device for few days i came to that the problem was still there and that was not solved. so i submitted my device in the service centre for the last time on 19th of oct 2015 and still my device is in the service centre it is not repaired yet neither they are taking it seriously. the person who is handling my case his name is Sandeep and he was fooling me by giving me false closure dates and fake promises and even not giving me the proper information about the delay for the repair of the device. i am sensing the not willingness towards the soving my problem.
