Complaint Details
Payback Bazaar offered me a Gift Voucher of worth
Rs.849 and after paying the 849 they were supposed to send me a coupon worth Rs.1000.
Voucher was supposed to send to me at my email address within 2-3 weeks.

but i did not received any voucher not any call from them after making them several call.

even they told me that some technical problem is going on and it will be sent later but now it has been 2 months and they are picking up the phone also.

i wanted my voucher of 1000 but now i want my money with compensation and also some penalty should be imposed on the brand.
