Status after 5 visits to service centre: No replacement on failure to repair the piece.

The technical support team says that the piece cannot be repaired and also the same should be collected from the service centre. However the company agreement clause clearly states that on the event of failure of the company to repair the piece in it warranty period; the company must arrange for a replacement of the same with a new piece of similar specifications. Repeated email correspondence and telephonic conversations on the above mentioned dates and times have been futile and no positive response has been received from the company.
