Complaint Details
We have invested in GROUND FLOOR, 9, G-52, VATIKA INDIA NEXT, GURGAON and wish to exit from the property. We were assured by the Vatika Group that there is no lock in period for the same. As per the BBA we are entited to a refund on the project until the issuance of the conveyance deed.
So far the Sales & Client Services is refusing to honour our request and claiming that the Vatika Group can not cancel the property.

This is a clear breach of the BBA contract and is seen by us as an attempt to defruad us.
