I HAVE PURCHASED A LAPTOP FROM ASMEBAZZAAR.COM ON LINE ON DATED 07/12/2015 BY PAYING ADVANCE PAYMENT OF RS. 25131/-
FOR Dell Latitude 3550 Laptop (Core i3 (5th Gen)/4 GB/500 GB/15.6"/Windows 8) For Rs. 25131/-
BUT ON DATED 08/12/2015 I HAVE RECEIVED ANOTHER LAPTOP OF AS FOLLOWS DESCRIPTION:-
Dell Latitude 3550 Laptop (Core i3 (4th Gen)/4 GB/500 GB/15.6"/dos.
4TH Gen instead of 5th Gen, and dos operating instead of Windows 8.
I have complaints the matter with ASKMEBAZAAR.COM on 08/12/2015 but even today on 22/12/2015 no response. Neither phone call nor email received from askme.
Before delivering product to me I have been confirmed on my email id about the product. After receiving money promise of product not fulfilled.
I am now very much in fix. My harden money has been snatched from my pocket.
I am in panic I am qualified Chartered Accountant but even askme made me fool.
Please help me.
