Complaint Details
A 32inch LED TV purchased on 1june2014 display panel failed on 6dec2015 during normal usage. Samsung demands 13000 rupees as repair charged. As the TV cost is only 30000 rupeed i feel it is unjustified to ask such a sum for repair. I say there is a serious design or quality check failure from company which company should look into but company keeping mum. Not coming forward for any solution and i am suffering silently.
