I have recently purchased India gate basmati rice feast rozana 1kg pack from askme grocery.dated on 18 December 2015.order no. AMBAL259861522449. After sometime,I found that packet was open and taped with adhesive tape.Then i called to customer care services and they registered my complain.dated on 18 December 2015 and again updated on 21 December 2015. They tould me that the product will be changed as soon as possible. But it doesn't change till 23 December 2015.
Please help in solving this problem.
