Bought LG Fridge Side by Side Door GC B207GLQV October 2014 From Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd Mumbai Malad Link Road West Branch Registered my 1 st complaint within Warranty period to LG Customer Care. Since then They have changed each and every part of my fridge which is a BRAND NEW FRIDGE. But still they didnt figure it out what is the fault. This process took Frustrating almost 2 months but there is no solution. Finally I realized that it is defective pc. and I went back to the store and told them for replacement, Now it has been 3 months and still I have not got the solution. Kohinoor Stores states that it depends on the LG Company and they took there hands away. Mr. Parag Sharma M-09820164373 (Area Sales Manager LG) Every day he gives False commitment that tomorrow your fridge will come Tomorrow tomorrow. its been almost 3 months, and still there is no solution. Today also I called them and they say it will be delivered today. This is really frustrating and I have given them Enough time for the solution. Here are the details for the complaints.
