I purchase a new sony bravia tv on 10th Oct 2015,the display of tv defective on 7th dec 15 and launch complain on 7th dec 15, next day your technician came and told that 8-10,days is taken to rectify the defect, i will contact your service Centre 6-8 Times, still he told spare under process.
So lastly i send u email PLEASE MAKE MY TELEVISION OPERATIONAL IN FEW DAYS OR REPLACE IT WITH NEW ONE OR PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. DUE TO YOUR LETHARGICAL ACTION OF DEFECT RECTIFICATION I WILL NOT WANT TO USE YOUR PRODUCT.
