The service person came to my house without any hurdles, He lives in same area that I live. Only the Service provider is Cheating for the reasons and is playing the chess to save 800 Rs / Free CSF.
Few are the observations:
The Marvella UV is not water purifier, there are lot of germs and Carbon filters particles in it. How is it the clean water.I wanted clarification on how the water storage container in marvella UV is germ free and what is its effect if the water is stored in container more than 2 days. It is simply the plastic container.
When it is cleaned by a (10th pass technician / No relevant training given I suppose.) He was using the cotton cloth given by me (how service charge is 150/- levied, He does not even carry the cleaning cloths.)
The Service technician was asking to pay first then he will do the service (How HUL is operating this cheap techniques.)
How the service technician is qualified, he is not even carrying the identity. A poor person , it is not his mistake ( It is HULs sustainability / His need)
What is the cost justification for INR 800/- filter, Provide the relevant documentation for cost justification.
The Next big cheat by service provider / HUL, he is not giving the complete bills and not accepting the cheque, i gave 800 rs cheque and 150 rs service charges, the payment terms are not clear when called to a toll free service. I have given a cheque but the it is refused, what is the hindrance in accepting ( He may be cheating or He want instant money for giving service after 18days of waiting / he or HUL want to get benefited only from customer)
There is not VAT / sales tax information (whereas product CSF is shipped from Himachal Pradesh to Maharashtra).
Kindly clarify the details asked by me as soon as possible and provide the clarifications

i am. helpless because of your third class service.
your service provider is thief.
his intention is clear but save only ruppees 800 as he was inable to meet 72 hrs deadline.with so many reasons...
i don't want your marvella uv ,it is too cheap tacticts...HUL is using. ..

Pureit Promise is not applicable to Ur rfs order: null since U have called & rescheduled appt dt: 25/11/2013, which is beyond Pureit Promise time limit.
