Complaint Details
I have deposited my mobile for repairs at an authorised service center of M/s Micromax. A copy of Jobsheet No.W030505-1013-5905755 dtd.16.10.2013 is attached for your reference.

After following up with the service center for nearly a month i learnt that the service center is shut down for the reasons best known to micromax.

Since then its been more than 2 years that i am following up with micromax for my mobile. I followed up on on customer care of micromax and wrote several emails. The copy of emails is also attached for your reference. Till date i have not received my mobile from micromax. I request you to guide me how i can solve this issue.
