Complaint Details
Visited the furniture showroom (Royal Teak) on 14th Dec 2015 and selected a model of dining table and paid the full amount Rs.19000/-. Owner has agreed to delivered new peace, but delivered the same damaged show peace. We rejected the same, then requested to see new peace after one week. The second one improper finishing and damaged one. Requested for payment back. But, owner is not ready to pay back and insisting us to buy the damaged dining table till today 24th Dec 2015. Did not provided appropriate cash bill, just provided an estimate. Please help.
