Complaint Details
I have purchased a bus ticket through PAYTM from Mumbai to indore dated 19/12/15. According to bus ticket the departure time was 4:45 (19/12/15) at Maratha mandir, Mumbai central and arrival timing 2:50am (20/12/15) at indore respectively. The same I have annexed herewith. When I reached to Mumbai central , there was no bus regarding rajhans Bhadouriya Travels. I called to travel and he replied me that he already informed to paytm that the travel abovementioned name and timing closed since 14-15 days. I was having judicial exam CIVIL Judge (Junior division) on dated 20/12/15 at 9:00am which lost due to the deficiency in service by Paytm and travels also beause if travels for paid for the seat , it has a duty to inform the consumer about this serious issue. After that paytm has provided me alternate travel at 9:00 PM which was extremely late. Due to above all I lost my judicial exam resulting spoiled my career, mentally torture,harrasement . I am seeking 1 lac compensation for spoiling my career. Please inquire into this matter as soon as possible.
