Complaint Details
I have Spice Mi-495 Mobile Handset which is still IN WARRANTY.
I am having problem in updating preloaded apps (for eg.-playstore, youtube,hangouts/talk)
I went to local service centre for this complaint.
They kept my handset for 1 day and returned on next day saying problem is resolved.
When checked, my issue was not resolved.
I contacted Customer Care of Company. They sugested to visit local service center again so that they call send the handset to Mumbai for repair.
I gave my handset back to local service centre. This time i got my handset back after 16 days with an assurance that my problem is solved.
But this time also my problem is not solved.
After getting no satisfactory response from local service center.
When I contacted Customer Care 3-4 times regarding same issue, they are just killing time by saying 'we are checking your details' and finally they cut the call without coming back.
Please Look into the matter and do the needful immediately.
