SIR.
I HAVE PURCHASED THE WASHING MACHINE FROM M/s PREEM RADIO BHILWARA IN SEP 2014.(WITH RAT PROTECTED.
THE MACHINE DEVELOPED THE PROBLEM OF CURRENT LEAKAGE,
ON REGISTERING THE COMPLIANT ON 9TH DEC-15 I WAS TOLD THAT MACHINE IS IN WARRANTY, AS PER THE RECORDERS AND WILL BE SERVICED FREE OF COST.. AFTER THE VISIT OF THE MECHANIC THE MACHINE WAS HANDED OVER TO THE COMPANY WORK SHOP ON 17 DEC15 FOR REPAIRS. TODAY WHEN THE MY PERSON WENT FOR COLLECTION OF THE MACHINE FROM THE WORKSHOP OFFICER AT BHILWARA HAS DEMANDED SERVICING CHARGESOF RS 350 WHICH I HAVE PAID BUT DIDN'T GIVE THE RECEIPT SAYING THAT I DONOT KNOW THE S.TAX AMOUNT.
MAY I KINDLY KNOW AS TO WHY I WAS MADE TO PAY IN WARRANTY & WITHOUT GIVING THE BILL OF SERVICE CHARGES.
