We have a Tata Indica for more than 4 years in the name of Company where we are working
we had first given to my vehicle to SRM MOTORS PVT LTD before 7 days back on 17th of December 2015 for regular servicing. And after completing of Service they called for delivery on 19th December and when our driver went there to take Car they told that due to some mishappening and untrained drivers your car has been damaged during movements at Service Work shop and they commited to bear all the expenses related to repair same damages and they also commit that they will complete our car with in next day.
But after completing more than seven days they have not handed over our car to us and our driver is sitting there today (24th December) also at their showroom at Vikas nagar Lucknow.
This car is provided by our directors to this Company emmployees for their pick and drop facility and in this winter season the particular employees who are enjoying the same facility with this car is suffering and coming and going back through road transport. As such our Company is located outside of the city area the road transport is not available freely.
Therefore my quetion is this only if TATA DEALER not having trained drivers at their Service shops why we bear such harrassment and when we follow for the early delivery to the G. M. Service of SRM Motors he said that he will deliver when it will be completed, and we see later how they will adjust the damages of the car through the repairing or by changing the damaged parts.
We have also made the complaint to TATA MOTORS at their toll free nos but not received yet any resolution as there is no direct no is availabale at any side to complaint about their dealers.
